My guess from my past experience with Ford is there will be pre drilled holes where the dealer will install the plate bracket with rivets.

Part of my order instructions include, DO NOT MOUNT FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET.

The other is , DONT ETCH THE WINDOWS, I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT.

What does “etch the windows” mean?

Why can’t it just be down in the middle of the bumper like normal. Has there been any other pictures of this anywhere? I can’t remember ever noticing it before. Didn’t someone see one in San Diego a while ago?

Never even thought about it actually! ?
But what’s wrong with the bumper?
Can't go in the middle because it would block the radar sensor. Can't go on the either side because the bumper corners come off...

I have been running vehicles in Calif. for years without a front plate, haven't been stopped yet. I haven't had one on my MH for years, I carry it but don't mount it, will do the same with the Bronco cuz that is butt ugly!

30 states plus the district requires front plates. I can't even comprehend this proposed ford solution.
I'm CA and will NOT be using the front plate. Give me a ticket. I don't care.
