If we have a signed deal/order with the dealer but our order gets pushed by Ford to a MY22, due to late availability or cut off issue, are we not guaranteed our price for our Broncos?

If this was already asked & answered my apologies!!

All speculation but will almost certainly happen.

I mean that's pretty typical in the industry along with changes to specs, trim offered, and what's available on various trims.

Don't assume anything at this point though but expect changes.

Hypothetical situation, hypothetical answer. Nobody knows at this point what is going to happen.

I can't see why or how Ford would charge the same for a 22 as a 21. I would bank on it going up.

Typical, yes.

But most vehicles don’t launch with a few hundred thousand orders at the same time from customers who had been waiting a year + for their vehicle. Not saying it won’t happen, but this isn’t a typical vehicle launch.

Nope, New year new prices. Every manufacturer raise their year to year prices which are usually somewhere between $300-$500.

If the MY22 price goes up, you'll pay that price even if you n ordered a MY21.

Just my guess, but that's all anyone can do right now anyway.

It seems like a potential PR disaster if orders are placed and deposits are collected from 10s of thousands of people only to have Ford come back and request more money. Not that it is an apples to apples comparison, but how do some of the expensive sports cars that have year plus waits handle model year changes and price updates?

Sometimes the price increase is because something that was an option is now standard. So, Ford could make the universal garage door standard and add $100 to the price. That sort of thing.

I don't want Ford to open my Universal Garage!

Because they cap the number of vehicles they will sell and build per year.

Ford hasn't done that with the Bronco.

Let’s be honest no one knows, so your all speculating.
Well every car, truck, van, snowmobile and motorcycle I've ever bought has had a price increase from year to year. This will be no different.
