It's the rear section of the sound deadening headliner. Looks a LOT better in these pics.

I believe that just the backing to peel away for the adhesive!

I remember trying to convince her to trade in a few booklets for toys, but she always had larger items of interest so she would have a stack of booklets before "cashing" them in.
