I plan on using the stock carpet floor mats until the aftermarket comes out with floor liners. I'll most likely go with Husky as I prefer their material over Weathertechs.

I've seen it, but do you not think you could eventually wear through it? Maybe not right away, but after years of my heals in the same spots, maybe. They aren't too expensive and it's good preventative maintenance, in my opinion.I suggest going to a dealer that has a Ranger with the rubber floor or check out a Police Interceptor for a similar material.
Because I will be buying the Bronco new, I will probably keep it until I run it into the ground, and at that point I will assess whether it's better to rebuild or replace. I like to start with things new because I am a bit particular with how things are taken care of and I always feel like the previous owners don't, because they know they will part with it sooner or later.True. Everything can wear through. Wasn't sure if you chicken through vehicles or held them. Figured that you might cycle through.
Also.... its much easier to just pull out floor mats and hose them off on the driveway than deal with hosing out the inside of the rig.Agreed. I will have the washout floors because I am sticking with the MGV seats on the Badlands, but I am worried that if I don't have a liner over them my heals will wear holes through the rubberized coating so I plan to get the liners. I am curious if you get carpet mats standard front and rear on the two door. So many little things that we don't know it can be pretty frustrating.
That was sorta my question. If you option for the floor liners, do they still include the carpet mats? Are the floor liners truly rubber and logo’d, if you don’t get them, how do you know you get carpet floor liners?
Take my carpeted ones to the car wash, hang 'em up and pressure wash them...Also.... its much easier to just pull out floor mats and hose them off on the driveway than deal with hosing out the inside of the rig.

Yes, you should also get the carpet, but confirm with your dealer. Are the floor liners truly rubber and logo’d, if you don’t get them, how do you know you get carpet floor liners?
I'm thinking the same thing. I want to protect the permanent parts of the truck (the rubberized floors). But I'm also considering carpeted floor mats on top of the rubberized floors.I have been on the fence about the floor liners... I have a Badlands with washout/rubberized flooring on the way. I work in construction and live in the midwest where we deal with rough winters with lots of salt. Even though my floors are rubber, I was thinking the liners would be a good idea from a maintenance point of view. Id be able to dump them out and remove them with easy and then wash out the stuff that found its way around/under with a hose. I plan on having this vehicle forever so I want to maintain it. Was curious of other people's thoughts. I have no experience with rubberized flooring and how it holds up over time.
