it seems some of the height gain on the 6G is the angle of the photo.

Yeah, I had a '94 with the 5.8L (351W). I was lucky to get above 14 mpg. Usually got around 12 on average.

It had the 33gal tank and I remember when gas prices first started going up in the early 2000s, I was fueling up and the pump shut off on me. It took me a few seconds to realize that I had hit the pre-set dollar limit when using a credit card! (I think it was $50 back then)
I never got more than 10.5 mpg in my 351 FSB!

I feel like the way this picture was taken at such a low angle helps it look big. Not saying it’s small but this can’t be accurate lol

So where does this put me with my 33s 😂

Just wait for Icon suspension to engineer a lift/suspension kit and upgrade to 35's, 37's, or 40's or whatever.

I always say this but I implore people who haven’t ridden or owned 35s to hunt down a wrangler on 35s and stand next to it at the very least. If you can, get in and out of it a few times. They are HUGE
Wouldn't a Raptor be fair estimate on access/egress for sizing?

Nah, my '93 Bronco had a 302, it felt weak. My '84 & '94 both had 351's. One carbureted and one injected... plenty of power to spare. 😁

Fair enough. Had a 90 F-150 with a 302 (stick) that pulled like a train, 88 350 with 351 auto felt like a dead dog.

Unless something has changed, the last time I checked the Raptor comes with 34" tires from the factory. So yes, would certainly be a good comparison.

For some, like most here I imagine, they will be pleasantly surprised. I'm sure there will be a lot who will be not so pleasantly surprised and have a bit of buyers remorse.
Which is part of my happiness of being a 22er. Hopefully finding a Squatch and non-Squatch to meet up with, hopefully at the same time to compare.

Plan is keep stock setup till it wears down then replace those with General Arctic 32s (no need for bigger size in snow) on stock wheels and then buy Fifteen52 Analog HD Classics fitted with General Grabber A/T 35s and add the 10mm bumpstop that gives the sasquatch its lift over regular badlands.
