It may be possible. I just didn't see a search function when I was reserving. Perhaps they changed it? She did mention on the phone that I might not be able to choose Granger as I was reserving, but not to worry about that. All she seemed to be concerned about was obtaining the new reservation number.
Found it.

Thank you - I'm going to call Ford again today and be more aggressive about things.
Good luck. I'm sorry you're going through this, both with the dealer and with Ford. But to date my interactions with Ford customer service have been very positive, so hopefully you connect with someone more helpful moving forward.

Ah, yes, click on the zip code to change it, and Granger pops right up. I'll edit my original post to note this.

I opened a case on Feb 1 after noticing my reservation was ordered on Jan 20 without my permission. They said it'll take two weeks for the order to be transferred.
Feb 22 I transfered backup reservation to new dealer.
Mar 9 I called the helpline to check on status. The rep put me on hold for a while and said danielle will call me back shortly. Never got the call.
Mar 10 called the helpline again. The rep tried to transfer me to danielle but it went to some automated system about ford dealer franchise and 1099 etc.
Called them again, and Nikki said she can help with transfering the timestamp and she put it in and told me to wait until Monday to see the old timestamp on the new reservation

Also I'm in the manual sasquatch 2022 gang with July 13/14 stolen reservation and October 30 backup reservation. Idk how much it'd really affect me with oct 30 res vs July 14 res

BaseManSquatch? That’s where we are right now. Holding out for MY22, hoping it will be green! But MT is the deal breaker for us.

UPDATE!! My reservation shows as cancelled on Ford.com now. I just got off the phone with someone at Ford, she had me make a new reservation and is working on linking it to my original timestamp now.

I should be able to complete my new reservation into an order with Granger in time. Mad props to Ford for taking care of things!

Wonder how long it will take to get that $100 back from the old dealers...

Ok - I need some help. It looks like my reservation was converted to an order without the dealer ever talking to me. Looking at my emails, I see 2 emails from them - one general one the day I placed my reservation and picked them as my dealer and then an email in October with some canned response of how the pricing he sent me isn't valid anymore (there was no pricing on the Bronco at that time, I responded and told him such and he never wrote back).

Well now I'm moving to Denver and need to change dealers. I log into my Ford account and see my reservation says In Store Order. That's odd. I call up Ford and ask them to help me change dealers. They tell me they can't do anything and to try to cancel my reservation online and they'll match up a new one with my original timestamp (day 1 reservation holder). I don't have the option to cancel online - they tell me to call the dealer.

So I call the dealer last night - after calling and texting and emailing enough times to finally get someone to answer, they decide to play the idiot game. "We have no idea what happened!" "Why don't you just keep your order with us and we can ship it to you?" "I need to talk to my new car sales manager because I know nothing about Bronco orders or how to help!" (I told him bluntly why would I keep my order with a dealer who is lying and stole my order from me? And that I would think about it if they'd match Granger's deal and he balked at why anyone would sell for under MSRP and said something about resale value. On a brand new Bronco. WTF.)

Now they're not responding to me at all. No calls, texts, or emails get responded to or answered. I'm afraid they're going to sit on the order until March 19th and I can't do anything about it.

Anyone have any advice?

TLDR: Dealer converted my reservation to an order without my consent. I have no confirmation, build sheet, nothing. Ford swears up and down only the dealer can help. Dealer is refusing to talk to me. I'm moving and need to switch dealers. What do I do?
You may want to contact the Colorado group, apparently no dealers in Colorado are playing well. Bunch of them from there are going with Granger...

Jan 20 - Ordered placed without my knowledge/consent
Jan 28 - Called Ford to request manual dealership change
Mar 4 - "your switch is now in progress, please make a new reservation so we can use that ID and move the info over, this should be complete in 1-2 days"
Mar 10 - "you're still on my list, I don't know who told you 1-2 days, this usually takes 3 days"

I found out March 3 that my dealer placed an order Jan 20. I called the Bronco Specialist (Danielle) and she made a new reservation on Tuesday reverting back to my July 25 reservation date. Within 30 mins, my new dealer contacted me and immediately placed the new reservation as an “In Store Order” stating it was in holding pattern until I wanted to pull the trigger.
Right back where I was but they do communicate much better than my old dealer and offer pricing at invoice with X-plan which equals $100 admin fee.
I’m ready for all of this to be over so we can move on and enjoy our vehicles.

For those who actually do have their original order canceled, please make sure you get a refund on your deposit. My order was canceled a month ago but I have yet to receive a refund of the $100.

I am assuming from what I remember, is that your reservation is always refundable, but if you proceeded to make an order and then you cancel it (regardless if it was unconsented), technically your $100 stays with the dealer. So double-check that you do indeed see the refund come through a week or two after your original order is canceled.

Hadn't heard from Ford in about a week so called them this morning. They instructed me to make a new reservation at my preferred dealer. She said she escalated the case to have the timestamp on the new reservation manually changed to match the highjacked reservations timestamp. More waiting.
