Trying to figure out if I actually have an order in or not. I received a preview order form two days ago but as you can see, the “customer name” section has no info, and I am worried they did not tie this to my reservation. I spoke with Ford this morning and they confirmed the dealer had submitted an order but the girl I spoke with thought there might be an additional step the dealer needed to take to tie my order to my reservation. Called the dealer and they said they can’t submit an order without a reservation. On my Ford account it shows In-store order status but has the default photo used when we placed the reservation. Just wanted to get your guys’ thoughts before the end of the day!
