Don't take my like being for the Jeep because personally I'm NOT a fan of Jeeps. But... V8 Jeep means V8 Bronco not far behind ?
So in 2 years when my youngest gets his license and takes my '21 Bronco, I can get me a V8 Bronco ?

So are we going to rock krawl with that much horsepower? Are we trying to go down the dragstrip? Are we going going to hill climb? Are we going to let our dicks swing at the mall?

To be fair jeep always has been saying they could if they wanted to again and again, but if they do then they will basically have to also give it a new transmission and a lot more, if they do it's gonna be stupidity expensive and kinda pointless

I’ve never really understood the point of putting these fast engines in heavy, unaerodynamic boxes. Realistically who is going to go to the drag strip, race or even want to go that fast in a Jeep? I guess it’s nice to have more options.

I have a 392 Daytona charger. It’s a monster of a motor that isn’t easily handled in the charger. They say it pulls harder at speed than the hellcat does. Wouldn’t be safe at all in a Jeep. I’m used to it and I still spin the tires without meaning to often. If it’s raining it’s almost a pain to drive but I love the car. If it was about 5k more expensive with higher quality interior materials I’d keep it forever but the plastic sucks. Wonderful motor just not for a small 4x4 at all. Mud terrains wouldn't last 5k miles

Very interesting move. That’s a lot of horsepower and torque, along with bigger tires this thing will have to have one ton axles. Not going to be cheap.

This will be cool.

6.4 with a TRX-like suspension. It'll be awesome, but 70k+ I'm sure. Bring on the competition!

This thing will 100% Be a $75,000 suv. The GC 392 is over 70k starting. with 475hp and 470lbft 0-60 4.4

odds are that Won’t be much better than a $60k warthog with 400hp and 415lbft (ST Explorer 0-60 in 5.2)

yes the FCA products have more power. But real world speed fords are always faster lighter and waaaaay more efficient

I don't think this is a production Jeep. The pic looks like a teaser image from the Easter Jeep Safari. They didn't have the Jeeps out at Moab this year and were never reviled. I bet this is one of the Jeeps that was going to be there. Here's a link for referance.
