Thank you and may we ask what the would be the difference in output between Production Phase and Launch speed?
That depends on who you ask at this point.

They're still in early ramp-up MP1 phase and are getting through about 30 a day. I expect that number to grow exponentially by the week of the 26th and a couple hundred to be moving out daily by the 3rd.

UPDATE:

- Acceleration to MP2 production phase / launch speed is currently set for May 3rd to correspond with Job1 date.
- Target date for MAP to reach "full speed" Bronco production is on or before August 2nd.
- No summer shutdown for MAP.
- Saturday shifts aren't currently scheduled to begin until August 2nd, but that could change should acceleration to full speed happen more quickly.
mhmm okay...

Same here.
We require a mandatory PAID 8 days off. 10 minimum if positive result.
It takes a toll.
We've got plants all over U.S. and a handful of international. We do 2 weeks if a positive, then start testing to try and come back. The bigger problem (not to minimize sick people being a problem) is the collateral damage with a LOT of perfectly healthy people on the sidelines until they clear protocols.

We actually established a foundation and are paying out hardship grants to people. One good thing about EU vs here, as much as I loathe socialism the healthcare system is great for your average blue collar worker.

So I wanted to see the window sticker with the MPG on it... Guess what happens when you click on it... Nothing.

This is like the Sport with my local dealer. They claimed to have it but when you called they said it wasn't there and the expected it in the next couple of weeks.

Can you say False Advertising.
Some vehicle don't have to show MPG on the sticker...it could be weight class..

So were expecting what? Two shifts at 8 hours 5 Days a week turning out broncos at roughly 60 units per hour....

80 hours per week X 60 units = 4800 a week.

Lets schedule in 15% for downtime... 4100 units per week

4100 x 4 weeks = roughly 16500 units a month?

Edit: I would still say any monthly output over 8000 units is still impressive

Testing to return makes no sense and most DoH nationwide clear after 10 days (if no symptoms at that point). Is Ford hiring for Occ Health? I will gladly leave my hospital if it means getting my Bronco faster

Thanks for the update!
With full speed not expected for a few months, will the MY2021 production fall short of the 60-70k we were expecting?
This would explain why dealers were only getting an average of 30% allocation for the 100k+ orders that were placed..... maybe only 40k expected for MY21???
Sure hope Ford will exceed our expectations, but we have to realize they are depending on a multitude of factors which are out of their control.
The suspense is driving me nuts!

Pretty sure they will be working OT. When they are on OT it is 58 hours a week per shift so that will bump the numbers up.

As bad as I want my Bronco, I sure don't want the one built on that 58th hour

True but more like 1/18 because anything over the 40 is potentially some very tired workers...do 58 for a few weeks and now that person is tired and burned out 100% of the time.
