And these are just official EPA numbers. In real life, it will probably be closer to 12 MPG! 🤯 ;)
Thinking the same thing. And because there's no manual Sasquatch, I'm guessing a manual Badlands with 35's will get 11mpg city and 15mpg highway in reality.

I shift my coyote at 7800 rpm, that would kinda be fun in a Bronco 😂

My 2019 Silverado 4 X 4 Double Cab with a 5.3 V8 nets 23 MPG combined with my driving style. Granted it's stock with the stock all season tires. With the Bronco properly geared with the 35" tires, would it fare better with a less aggressive tread than the mud terrains it's going to come with? I was thinking to change out the tires while I am still working and making a pay check.

A few MPG may not seem like much although the Bronco Sas is intended to be my one and only last fling as I anticipate retiring with it as my only vehicle. A few dollars a week will make a huge difference when I am on fixed income and I will need a few bucks to buy bait for fishing, LOL.

It seems like a lot of guys arent grasping the aerodynamics. A sasquatched bronco has twice as much front tire exposed than a big ol pick up truck. You know those little rubber wind deflectors they added to the lower bumpers of suburbans, pick ups, etc over the past 5 years? Imagine removing that....AND the front bumper...and what the impact would be to the MPG.

Based on my current driving conditions and current price of fuel in Minneapolis this is some math I have put together ... not really sure how I feel about it being a projected 17mpg vehicle

16000 miles per year and gas at 2.65

17mpg - $2,494.12 annually = 47.96 weekly
19mpg - $2,231.58 annually = $42.91 weekly
21mpg - $2,019.05 annually = $38.83 weekly
23mpg - $1,843.48 annually = $35.45 weekly
25mpg - $1,696.00 annually = $32.62 weekly
27mpg - $1,570.37 annually = $30.20 weekly
29mpg - $1,462.07 annually = $28.12 weekly
31mpg - $1,367.74 annually = $26.30 weekly
33mpg - $1,284.85 annually = $24.71 weekly
35mpg - $1,211.43 annually = $23.30 weekly
37mpg - $1,145.95 annually = $22.04 weekly
39mpg - $1,087.18 annually = $20.91 weekly

I baby the throttle driving it and even with it on cruise control at 70 it only gets 15mpg. I’ve never heard of any other rubicon owners getting that good MPG so you must’ve gotten a special one
Do you live in the mountains or something? This is since my last oil change. It includes a few weekends of 10-20mph forest service road trail rides.

With these numbers can someone explain why they even went with the eco boost instead of a naturally aspirated engine? V8 (cough cough)
Oh you mean like the convo that’s been going on the whole time in this thread?

As a fellow Minneapolis resident with a car averaging close to 31-32mpg... Oof this hurts to see. Knew it'd be a hit, but damn.
