Wrangler specs list "body width." Bronco width specifies the Sasquatch package, so it probably includes the wider fenders in its width number.

Looks like the angles generally fall in favor of the Wrangler until you engage the 35" tires on the Bronco, which nets it some wins on the spec sheet.

I think that is track width - right ? measured from center of tire to center of tire.

So basic size is exactly like a Wrangler? (looking at 4 door only) give take an inch ? If so headed to Jp dealership to get a good idea of the size.

Also looking at 4 door only. It looks very close to the Wrangler. I think the larger width and height numbers are for the Bronco's with the larger tires/ factory width. There could be some changes to the numbers; more exact for the different models down the road.

It's body width. Ford hasn't released track width numbers yet.

The body length is including the rear tire on the back, correct?

Our Highlander is 192”.... and the interior capacities are much greater.

Thanks.

As a current jeep owner who really loves this new Bronco... there are a couple of things that worry me about it. When they came out with the JK wrangler they increased the width by five inches and everyone lost their minds. The new one is significantly wider than the TJ's (pre-2006) and this Bronco is showing six additional inches of width. If the mirrors aren't included, there's going to be some trouble on a lot of trails. Also, seems crazy that the backseat has 2 less inches of legroom. For those who have been in the backseat of a wrangler, 2 inches will likely make a huge difference.
Can't wait to see it either way!

You'll get way more interior space per exterior size in a unibody vehicle. That's why most SUVs and crossovers today are unibody - more interior space and actual usable volume at the expense of the "hardcore" body on frame offroad prowess.

My impression is that the Wrangler's figure is pure body width and the Bronco's figure includes the flares - they specified Sasquatch package which has wider flares. Trackwidth will be the real determiner of narrow trail capability.

I found track width for the Bronco listed in another PDF so I added that to the list - looks like base track width is 2" wider than the Wrangler.

Question, I cannot seem to find the hood height (Wildtrak - Sasquash package)? I basically build a huge garage shelf to fit my 2002 F150 where the shelf went up to the front window and cleared the hood. Trying to figure out if the Bronco will fit underneath it at 59 inches?

Based on the pictures I'm looking at, it looks like the Bronco hood height on the non-Sasquatch is about 53.5". I'll be interested to see how close that is to reality.
