Ford website says 150 watt inverter.

In the book it mentions 400 watts 20 amps for the rear inverter then later says 150 watts on the fuse pages.

Is there a way to hook something up to find out the real rating besides putting 300 or 400 watts through it and seeing if a fuse blows?
P=IV is it a 12 or 24v battery?

20x12 =240W
20x24 = 480W

(Edit) pg. 326 12v, so I am guessing 150w with some margin.

P302 tells you to reset the fuel shutoff switch in case of a crash. Unfortunately there is no mention of where the switch is located. Usually it’s behind the passenger kick panel but be sure to ask the dealer where it is. Doesn’t take too much of a bump to trip them.

The fuel cutoff "switch" isn't a physical switch anymore. It's software built into the BCM based off of RCM data. It is reset by switching the ignition on and off a couple times. Simple as that.

I’m glad someone at Ford finally grew a pair and got rid of the switch.

Funny you mentioned that. As it happens, I have a colonoscopy scheduled for Monday so this is perfect timing for that!
They knocked me out for mine. I'm surprised you're going to be awake.

The engine block heater warms the engine
coolant. This allows the climate control
system to quickly respond. The equipment
includes a heater element installed in the
engine block and a wire harness. You can
connect the system to a grounded
220-240 volt AC electrical source.
Ford's done some crazy stuff but a 240V block heater? 🤯

It’s not like the the top is going to cave in. Ford just doesn’t want liability for you rolling a tall, short-wheel base vehicle. You should be fine with a rack and modest loads as long as you understand what you’re driving and how your weight and loads are distributed.
Makes sense. I hope Ford keeps the mounting spots on the SAS so we can mount rails. I assume they will.
