Awesome work guys. I had originally planned to go to 37’s right out of the gate, but when it became apparent with 4WP’s build that 37’s are going to mean $$$$ that became less appealing lol. I think a set of 35” trail grapplers, frame mounted rock rails, and skid plates are going to be the first mods for me. Push the limits stock, then a year or two down the road start going nuts.

I wondered how long it would take for someone to catch that. It's author's privilege to name the Bronco on 37" tires as King Kong since its never been addressed before. I'm sure there will be many creative badges available. :p

The path I would take would be to look hard for Sasquatch take-offs. You would get a great suspension with enough lift for 35s if you ever decide to go that route. You can probably get a great deal as I would think they will be readily available as guys build their Broncos for 37s....
Excellent approach, one unknown we have ahead of us is when you swap coilovers for takeoff units you may find you need to upgrade your coilover springs. Take a look at Table 6, you will see every trim level has its own dash number spring part number.

I put a note at the bottom of Table 6 about this:
"If you buy take-offs from another Bronco be aware you may need to change the springs."

So basically the suspension from Badlands to Sasquatch gives you 0.5" lift and then add the 35's to that and thats another 1". So total ride height difference will be 1.5" right?

Yes, it's what I named the Bronco with a 37" tire lift in Table 4, I figured we needed a new name for it and more emblems to look forward to.

Correct, you take the difference between the Badlands Radius lift (1.25") - the Sasquatch Radius lift (2.10") to get a difference of 0.85". Now add the stock lift difference of 0.43" to that to get a total of 1.28".

Note for those that say "what's a Radius Lift?"
When you go to a larger tire, say from a 33" to a 35" diameter tire, you're not getting a 2" increase in height/lift, your only getting the amount of the radius, or 1", as additional lift.

Great information...I wish it wasn't completely over my head.

Ford Bronco The Definitive Guide to 2021+ Bronco Ride & Lift Heights with Wheel & Tire Sizes 1623691738323

I'm literally reading these charts like Alan.

I want to put Badland size tires (285/70/R17) on a Big Bend. The "true tire diameter" for those is 32.7in. Do I round up to 33in thus requiring a lift?

BB stock tires I believe are 32.1". I'd at least do the "pucks".

Great question, Table 4 is the simple shortcut to understanding, take your model, Big Bend, look down the chart to the "Lift needed for 33" and you'll see you need a minimum lift of 0.67 inches. I'm guessing that the aftermarket companies will come out with 3/4" or 1" spacers that will do what you need to get your 33" tires.

King Kong?!? Is that a future trim level? Will you be able to get factory 37's some day?

Who knows what Ford will do, until them it is simply what I'm calling the Bronco on 37" tires.

First, many many THANKS to @North7 , @ZackDanger and others as mentioned.

More in depth questions. Lol.

How wheel offsets will work in conjunction with a bigger tire set up.
IE:
Does a +25 +30 offset wheel alleviate or create clearance issues on a Base suspension at "X" tire size.

Therefore,

Do I really need a .67" lift to clear 285/70 (32.6") on a Base with +30offset wheels on my daily driver, mild trail rider.

..... what about the 33.8" 285/75?

Sounds like a leveling kit will cure many ills for the standard suspension.

We can go back to how many pineapples the two cup holders will hold. Or a Molle bag for the back seat passengers to hold their pineapples.
