I knew about this yesterday, so I'm not shocked by this email, but am obviously disappointed.

The hardtop prep thing is good, but I do think they should have also guaranteed factory pricing for the hardtop later for those that were waiting for the MOD top. Right now it seems like they'd be asking to pay full price at the parts department for it whenever they arrive sometime in CY 23.

What makes me think those hard tops for sale in 2023 are going to cost more than $695?

Do these delays affect the regular grey hard tops or solely the modular tops? I figured I would probably end up plastidipping mine white given the markup a white top from the factory would cost, looks like that's the only route to take now.

Ok Ford.

I am willing to change my 2-Door to a soft top if you discount the price and I can order the MIC top later.
Same! Where are prep kits and soft tops for 2 doors?!? Are we just the red headed step-children of this venture???

Super happy I jumped ship a month ago. I've already been tooling around the trails in my new rig and as a 2 door reservation holder Ford basically told us all to get fucked. Man, those priority orders seem even more fucked up now too.

They're going to be producing dealer stock before customer orders, after they said they wouldn't.
So what do you expect them to do? Send you your bronco with NO TOP instead of producing sellable vehicles with soft tops? Of courss not. Did they fuck up? Yes. But at the end of the day everyone has to get over it.... I will admit having a VIN/build date makes having this opinion easier, but I switched because I want a bronco more than I want to cancel because no hardtop.

This is why I switched to 4 door soft top and the system does not reflect that and it pisses me off.

My email didn't have the part about ford pass points. Thats weird.
It only applies to those of us that ordered dual top to begin with.
