The most screwed up thing about this post - Most (not all) people are concerned about their Bronco’s being built. Let’s think about those who are impacted by flooded out homes, cars, or worse. I’m sure many of these folks also work at MAP (or some form of spin-off industry). Yeah, we all want our vehicles but let’s not forget about this important piece…

Yup, it's a real thing that is killing everyone in manufacturing. You try to keep some parts on hand but you can't account for everything, and you typically stock mostly wear parts, you don't think about water damage.

My FE has been stuck at this stage. Mine says 6/24 where yours says 6/26, and my blend date on the sticker was 6/23

I can relate with the poor peoples of Map after suffering flooding for 3yrs in a row(found out last year was because of a dumb ass neighbor redirecting water on his property without permits,town fixed it and charged him!) hope all goes well with minimal hardship for all the hardworking folks of Detroit and area.

Appreciate it. Sometimes we get a little wet in the spring rain season but never before this late into the year.

After a few years of dealing with it I now have a handful of box fans and dehumidifier to deploy lol

Not the same but I returned from a weeklong vacation on Tuesday to a hot water heater expansion tank that had sprung a leak and had to rent a dehumidifier. Handy tools!

Dumb part is I had a sensor to detect water pooled on ground. The leak killed the sensor by spraying water directly on it before the water pooled deep enough to trigger…
