Ahhh, okay. The hunt continues to see what Ford Canada is going to do for us Canadians in re: Apology Swag.
Yeah man, seriously. NOT A F@CKING PEEP! This has sucked beyond belief.

I guess we'll see. Sitting here with an 8/5 build, I guess there's not much different between receiving my car in the first part of November or the latter half.
Mine is exactly one day behind yours Blend Date 8/6 and still shows "In Production." OBX 2.3L, Auto, MIC, Lux, Tow in the much sought after Collectors' Edition AMB. :)

I hope they give us new batteries, I dont think they are covered in warranty.
I have a battery load test done in front of me when purchasing a new vehicle. Anything under 75% or drop to under 12.4 volts you will get a new battery.

I also recommend doing your own PDI before taking it off the lot. Yours needs to be more extensive than the dealers. Have them put it on a lift and check the undercarriage as well. Bring a comprehensive 150 point inspection form and use it.

Treat inspecting the new car the same as you would a used car. If you have any other emotion other than looking for mechanical/cosmetic issues, then bring a mechanic with you.
