Overnight we had 23 First editions that were put on pause right before the hard top news get scheduled.

Current production schedule shows Mid-October for a production date.

We also had the transport fairy drop off a couple gifts overnight.

Questions & Answers:

I’m slightly confused. The first editions were scheduled last night or are they previewing?
They are all scheduled this morning.

How many soft tops did yall end up having compared to hard tops? and how many soft tops have been scheduled so far?
I'm not sure on the exact number of soft top orders in the system. We have remaining unscheduled allocation of less than 100 Broncos and all of those can be filled with soft tops orders that are in our system. We probably have around 30-40 already scheduled with VINs.

@Zach@Granger Curious how many more First Editions Granger still has to be scheduled after these 23? I'm trying to determine how many more weeks of First Editions we have to be scheduled until the units with VINS start to see theirs back in line for production.
We have 45 total FEs. 1 is delivered. 33 are produced or got pulled this morning for scheduling and we have 11 left to schedule.

So no soft tops this time? Just First Editions?
Correct.

Were you just seeing FE’s get pulled, or were there other trim levels too?
Just FEs this morning

Sounds like positive news for MIC 2.0. @Zach@Granger what kind of delivery times are you seeing on average?

Congrats to all the 'Bronco Lotto' winners; may all our balls get pulled!
Easy on the ball pullin'... They're still sore from being kicked and dragged....

Great to see but I'm not holding my breath until I see non-FE hardtops start to get rescheduled. Ford has consistently said all First Editions will be built in MY21. Ford could kick these back as the date gets closer or they could be looking at the only option of having to schedule them cause they are running out of time. At this point they'd have to build them with a soft top and then ship the hardtop once it was produced. The other option (more likely) is they build them and store them until the MIC tops are produced. I do believe Ford's goal is to have MIC 2.0 up and running at this point in time but I have not seen or heard anything that gives me any faith. Fingers crossed

The most important goal is to get out the FEs in 2021 even if the hardtop is not sorted out as you can always replace the hardtop. Having FEs come in 2022 is a no go.

If FE’s are getting scheduled, Ford must be confident AF that the new hard tops are going as planned.

Why? It could be another let’s do this and then drop the ball later. Happens a lot with this release

You’d think, if they don’t plan on putting defective tops on and shipping the new ones to the mountain. Which would be the dumbest thing to do.
