Yeah guess what... My cell phone does the same thing dumbasses!

Here's a thought, check weather reports and don't drive in the rain.

And if you do get caught in the rain, well, sucks to be you. 🤷‍♂️
Maybe he likes pina coladas

Yes, he confused "impolite" with "obscene".
LOL - Obscene?

OK - I'll share a couple of comments that I was considering. Hope I don't get banned...

- Don't quite your day job.

- Was this a PSA for prospective parents to display mental fatigue from having a couple kids?

- Look at this guy, making Esteban seem charismatic.

- His delivery is so on point he should produce a video for the B6G member who is being ignored by FoMoCo even though he's making payments on his Bronco and Ford "got their money".

I inevitably get work calls when I'm getting ready in the morning, so my phones (personal Pixel and an infernal iPhone for work) are always with me. At least a couple of times a week they get a couple droplets on them, with no discernable reaction.
Just lucky I guess.
I also straight up work outside sometimes, and also take my phone with me in the shower... and when it's misty it definitely struggles with texting inputs. It's never interpreted a drop as a finger touch, but when I *do* try to interact it has no idea how big my finger is or where I'm trying to tap.

I don't plan to completely remove my soft top for this very reason. Meteorologists are paid even when they're wrong over 50% of the time. Wish I could say that! ;) (Apologies to any weather guessers out there!)

However, the info about the floor mats was useful to know. And, yes, they do look cheap and thin, especially compared to the Ford rubber mats in our 2010 Edge. Looks like I'll be a WeatherTech customer sometime soon after taking delivery.

Yep one more reason why televisions dont belong on the dash of your car. Nor do they belong in your pocket but thats another horrific matter we are just starting to realize the calamity of.

I was very disappointed to hear the wipers don't clean the inside of the windshield as well.

No roof and no doors with the carpet flooring / leather seats is a bold decision. Especially going to work with your car sitting in a lot for hours on end.

Assuming he didn’t check the forecast that day.

On my (pre 2021) Mazda, the touch screen stops reacting once the vehicle is in motion - in fact some other options are suspended when the Vehicle was in motion (for safety reasons - like it doesn't allow you to type in a navigation address unless stopped). That sounds like technology that might come in handy in this case. Unfortunately now the Mazda screen is no longer touch control - allowing ONLY access through the joystick/wheel in the center console. They also still disable some options when the vehicle is in motion.
