Absences pushed the run back a few days, program is loaded in the CnC, should be produced today or tomorrow. Here’s the last prototype minus the rounded corners. Final version is double sided black, white was on the machine while the tweaking was going on.

No choice in CA. My plan is to run with no plate until I get pulled over but want to have the bracket on hand when that happens.

This looks like a GREAT solution for those (few?) of us who just NEED to have a front plate. It's simple, elegant and hopefully not terribly expensive. I also like that it has 4 mounting points for the plate. With all the electronics behind the bumper, zip-tieing it to the grill was looking like the only other solution. I'll be looking for this when my CG WT comes in next year sometime. Thanks HBTFD.

This looks great, but maybe I'm a moron because I can't figure it out. Is the whole thing held on by just the angled part at the top? It looks that way to me. If so, I think high speeds and long trips could rip this out, no?

My front plate mounted on my jeep used to hang like that until the wind wrapped the bottom of the plate up under the bumper.

Yes it’s held on by 3 bolts thru the angled part. I don’t know the strength of the bolts but it’s going to take backstretch at Daytona speeds to “rip” it off the bumper.
