Yes.
The AUX switches are for convenience. More work without them, but pretty easy to do.
Can be wired up with a 3 way switch (on/back light/off).
never did something like that before - could be fun.

Seems reasonably easy to do, and wonder how much it would cost to have the dealer install. I’m always hesitant to do anything to new vehicle, but it’s pre-wired so maybe can give it a try… whenever I get my bronco that is…lol.

It on hold until they get the mounts redesigned. Part number might change when they release it.

Would love to see the backlighting hooked up to see how it looks and how the wiring was handled.

We just installed the RIGID 360 series 4 inch pod lights from Ford.

Great video with good details! I was curious about the tape on the bottom of the bracket…this is the first install that I’ve seen include this. This definitely gives me confidence to install lights myself!
Also, I only see the power and ground wires, and am curious about the backlight wiring. How does that work with only two wires?

I thought the side view mirror mounts already had factory wires ran to them? If this is the case they could've just terminated at the side view mirrors and spliced the proper mirror wire to the proper switch wire. Am I missing something? Either way I had these on my order and the dealer took them off. Probably because they disappeared from the online B&P. I will have them!!!! LOL

Nothing wrong with the light itself. They did a stop sale because the lights on the off-roadeo vehicles were working loose. The fix.....a line in the install instructions was added to indicate thread locker needed to be used on the mounting bolts.

I don't have the new packaging yet to see what loc-tite they are wanting. Might even be a small tube included, but don't know. This was a short conversation with my FAD rep 3 days ago.
Probably blue Loctite?

I am sure every dealer will quote different but I was quoted $300 to have the pod lights and mesh Bimini top installed at $75/hour. Ended up just doing it myself.

There is a third white wire that is used for the backlight. It’s just not exposed - but it’s in there - at least it was on mine.

Can you confirm pricing on these? Seems there are a couple different prices floating around.
The way I read it, unit=ea and not pair,, so my guess would be $395x2. So almost $800.
