I have a build week, expecting it hopefully by the end of the year. I've come to the conclusion that selling my TJ to apply those funds to the Down payment makes more sense than keeping it to drive once in a while. So it's up for sale here and locally.

Drives great, runs great, very capable and fun. Really turns heads. Zero frame rust, underside looks great.
The lower steps do un-pin and swivel up out of the way. I figured this out AFTER the trip offroad.
Asking $12K.
Will text/email whatever extra pictures you want.
EDIT:
Added/changed since listed:
New Steel flat fender flares
New passenger side fender
New Adjustable control arms lower front
New tie rods, steering gear, drag link, pitman arm, radius bar.
Had a minor bump up into the rear of another car when they stopped in the road ahead of me for a dog.
Fender took the damage, and I knew I had one tie rod get messed up. I went ahead and replaced it all to be safe, repainted the whole Jeep again due to the color, added the steel flares. No other damage, and had it lined up at a Jeep specialty shop, everything checked out and it runs/drives/ looks as good or better than it did.
NO Frame damage.
