Hello, does black diamond, badlands and Sasquatch have the same axles?
And how bad is it to put 35 on base manual 2.3 with 4.46, instead of the 4.7?

No, Badlands and Sasquatch have the upgraded Dana 210 front axels, Black Diamond has standard 190 fronts. Many have said that putting 35s on the 190s could create too much stress and cause problems. Depends on your use scenarios.

Does the 4.7 automatically come on the Sasquatch?

If that's the case, there is going to be a lot of broke, damaged front axles.

A lot of pavement princess Jeeps running around on 35’s and Dana 30 3.73’s up front. Of course those are solid axles, but I figure we’re talking about the gears here.

Does the black diamond with the 4A transfer case still have the 190 up front? thought all front lockers were 210s

Yes. The 4 auto does not add front lockers. Only the Sasquatch package will do that to the black diamond.

A lot of them have severe amounts of premature wear because of it. When I was looking for a used TJ every single one with aftermarket wheel/tire setups had worn out front ends.

If you get the m190 front just don’t lock it and it’ll probably be fine with 35s

There were people putting 35s on JKs with 3.21 gears.

Description for "Advanced 4x4 with Automatic On-Demand Engagement" on the Ford B&P
This system utilizes an all-new electronically controlled, on-demand two-speed transfer case and offers the driver four modes plus Neutral. When in 4A, it continuously varies power to the front wheels for optimum performance for all off-road conditions, provides electronically locked power to both axles in challenging conditions, and can also increase wheel torque for driving over challenging conditions. Flat towing is possible by putting the transfer case into the neutral position.
So are you telling me the 4A transfer case can only lock the front axle in 4A, but can't be controlled via hero switch?

Ford lets you have 37's with 4.10's on the Raptor F-150. You'll be fine.

Hero switches don't control 4x. They are for lockers, disco, tta and hazards. That description you posted poorly used the word locked when describing the four wheel drive system and reads like it was meant to describe 4L and 4H provide continuous "locked" power to both axles while 4A provides "as needed" power to the front.
