MY22 Ford confirmation email

Placed MY22 order with dealership over the phone yesterday and was sent a submitted build sheet directly after. How long has it been taking to receive the email confirmation from Ford after placing your order??

I felt like with MY21 order submission I received it minutes/hours later…

Same, placed my MY22 ReOrder and have not heard anything from FORD.

Went back to my dealer today since I could not get the B&P sheet emailed after doing my order in person. Also asked when will I get the Ford email confirmation "since they sent you one in the past you should be good". When I placed my 21 order it was in my inbox within 15 min. Curious as well. Did MY22 order on 10/13

FWIW, I walked in to my dealer yesterday and placed a new (not converted) order for a 2022 4-door Big Bend. The order confirmation email came through within an hour.

It seems converting reservations and reordering 21 to 22 is causing the Ford system issues. Walk in cold orders apparently don’t cause issues with the ordering software. Would any of us expect anything different?

Confirmation, build specs and was there a paragraph stating when your Bronco would be scheduled? Not a date but priority?

Received mine about 30mins after leaving the dealership. This was Thursday afternoon.

I’m hoping it was because I ordered at approximately 5pm CST on Friday and maybe it won’t update till normal business hours on Monday??? I’m really reaching…

Placed my order yesterday. Got the dora sheet or whatever with a 10 priority. When I ordered my 21, I got the email 2 days later. So that's been my experience, figure I'll get it on Monday or Tuesday

Placed my order yesterday about 1PM Pacific with my dealer . . . he said he was going to change the priority code and flip it over to Ford. I have net seen anything from Ford yet but it is understandable due to the lateness on Friday (my 2021 confirmation took about a day and a half after ordering so I feel comfortable). If I do not have my Ford confirmation by Tuesday afternoon I'll be wondering.

And do you have a written price agreement, signed by the General Manager? If not, save up for your ADM.

That I do! I’ve been involved in this process long enough to know you need written/signed agreement on price!! Everyone should be getting that!!

Glad other people are in a similar spot. I went in person to the dealer Friday afternoon and they said they were getting errors submitting but would do so first thing Saturday (today). They sent me a build to sign to ensure it was correct and then they wrote back that it was taken care of as of the 1pm hour. No confirmation email. Maybe Monday?

No scheduling date as thats based upon numerous factors. Just the details from the spec sheet that I emailed dealer. It included options and a list of terms used once you recieve emails from FMC with status of the order. Be patient. It's going to be a long ride yet.
