I don't want to bring up the scary part but remembering how things are brought to the line either by feeders or conveyor, one could assume the person with the same interior in front or behind you probably has a mismatched seat as well. Guess it could just be a problem with the batch of seat covers and new dye but ouch, misbuilt. Your dealer should probably be able to get this covered under flaw in workmanship/materials. The issue for the dealer will be figuring out if the replacement covers will match the other seats or if they will get another like the wrong one.

Not Photoshopped. A friend sent it to me, his sister works at a Ford dealership.
I assume it is a mannequin. If so, those were early production and there have been other documented mismatches. We have a local Wildtrak with different front vs back seats. No apologies for Ford though; it is not a good QC look.

It's quite obvious that there are very few here that work in manufacturing .
Things like this happen when 100's of units are produced a day.
It's absolutely not a big deal. The missed matched seat will be replaced for the customer.
Good lord is everyone looking for a reason to be pissy?
All first year vehicles have teething problems.. Not to mention the adversity that all manufactures have faced this past year.
For all of the bitching and Ford Motor Company hate. there don't seem to be very many choosing to exercise there option to purchase another vehicle from a different manufacture.

It becomes a problem if it's found to be recurring
So far we can count 2. These things are worth keeping an eye on

I don't think it was a mannequin. They got their mannequin back in June and was marked as leaving the factory with this windshield.

I don't think anyone is getting "pissy". Everyone knows this will get fixed. Chill out, it's all in good fun.

"Not to mention...." But you did mention it and I'm sure this is Covid related, Covid affects taste, smell and eyesight.
