Looks great, man! Those wheels look so much bigger than 17s, must be the angle.

Good info! $5K CAD is close to $4K USD which is very close to the cost to squatch a Badlands. Plus, you have an extra set of wheel/tires to keep as an alternative set or to sell. I wouldn't think there would be any rubbing since you put on 35s although I'm guessing they are slightly larger than the squatch 35s. This may convince me to drop squatch from my BL build.

Pros with self squatch
- Get to choose your wheels and tires
- Cost can be equal to or less than squatch

Cons
- Not from the factory. Have to do a lift.
- Possible warranty issues?
No warranty issues at my dealer. Biggest pro is I got to keep my manual transmission!

Looks amazing! What did you do to limit over extending the cv joints on full travel? A non squach BL with level needs to limit downward travel from information gathered on this forum.

im under the impression the limit in travel is not for drop but for pushing up into the wheel well, but im extremely novice, i just figured thats what "bump stop" meant which is what theyve called the limiter in the sas suspension????

This might be my favorite build. Now I'm gonna need you to go wheel the piss out of it and tell me how it does with the lift.
Just posted a video in the woods.... but that was shot pre tires and wheels...

It's only a 1 inch level. I contacted Rough Country and they said it was tested and passed. But I'll be doing my own tests this weekend!

Iā€™m no expert either, @North7 figured it out.

There is a whole article about it.

Here is a pic of the SAS bump stop.
