Got this from my dealer. When I call csx with TTGX as the car initial and 160882 as the car number it tells me it was in Nevada March 15th. Lol. Not sure what I'm doing wrong

You go on NS Access and setup an account. I think I used Ford's company id code when I created the account.

Start with your dealer, who should be embarrassed by the fact that you can get the information easily. I would then try the csx number if they insist that they are too stupid to help. 1-800-235-2352.

On the csx number TTGX = 81814192

@Michael Grasso - this was immensely helpful tracking my bronco from MAP to it's arrival in Newark NJ this AM where it will be offloaded to be trucked to the dealer.
do we now try to track using Palsapp? or is that only for trucking from MAP?
is there anyway to track the vehicle from Doremus Car facility in Newark to the dealer? or it's just sit, wait and hope it happens in time for the holiday??

Actually I don't know for sure. It's worked for some and not others, probably due to who the dealers use locally....

It took 10 minutes to get the account.

It started in Roanoke today -> Crewe, VA @ 16:25 -> Poe, VA 07:45 - 22:59 on the 23rd.
