Anybody in here order from Gaudin Ford in Vegas? And if so - do they EVER communicate with you or return your calls/emails? I am beyond frustrated with this whole process and their lack of communication. Especially after the latest drop by Ford on MOD hard tops being delayed till possibly 2023. You'd think Gaudin would reach out to see if we want to change anything on our orders. I can never get a call back from them or any decent information.

I did not order from them but I did call them back in late Jan before I placed my order and they did not seem well informed about the Bronco and really cared ether so I stuck with my dealer I moved my reservation to and they are really good about giving out info and they sent out emails on Friday letter everyone know what's going .They said that there paint shop can paint the MIC top.

My order is with Gaudin. I get a weekly email with whatever build week Ford has assigned at the time. Last week I was build week of 7/5 but after the shutdown was announced the latest email has mine being built the week of 7/12. I've been dealing with a manager because my work buys tons of vehicles from them. Previously I got a phone call from a guy that said he was going to be my point of contact at Gaudin. @VGK_Fan A weekly e-mail? Is that because you have a build date, or have you been getting these from the start of when your order was placed? Maybe since it sounds like you guys are big customers for them, they want to keep you happy unlike little ol me, where they probably don't give a crap. At this point I am beyond frustrated and wish I would've gone with a different dealer. We have been with Gaudin for over 20years and it's disappointing this is how we're treated. I have a young kid that is my contact but he is literally clueless about anything.

@NVBadlands I get it. Honestly I didn't hear much at all until I got a VIN and a build week, then I've received weekly updates. As I posted earlier, a salesperson did reach out and said he was going to be my point of contact, but again it may be because I had a VIN. This process has been a cluster from Ford from the jump and if the dealer is quiet too then I understand the frustration. I have a name, email and number from the person who said they were the Bronco "specialist" so PM me if you want the details

This is the norm for las Ford dealerships. Team Ford in Henderson couldn’t even tell me if Ford got my order. I spent a hr on hold to talk to the bronco team and all they could tell me my order was confirmed. I want to see if I could change my order and no one knows how or if i can.

Gaudin Ford here too. Frank has been my contact and he is hard to get a hold of sometimes. No build date yet- or Vin number. Still waiting for them to hit me up on a down payment...

On another note. Who here plans on over landing with this group?
