Anyone been to Off Roadeo in Austin? They recommend long pants… in Texas heat. Were shorts an issue for anyone?

I would've preferred shorts. I didn't notice anyone wearing shorts but I doubt they cared.

Wear shorts. Wore pants the 1st day and regretted it. Everyone was in the shorts day 2.

Pretty much everyone in our group wore shorts. I got into some cactus, but that's because I went off path for some photos. You'll be fine. Like @iamchewby said, that was a lawyer's suggestion. Ha
