Looks like Crain Ford in Little Rock is competing to be one of the worst of the worst. Buyer beware.

They are the worst.

Wow… Not real sure what to say about it. Makes me nervous for when mine finally arrives. I’m currently on Ice Mtn.

Hate that for you buddy. Hopefully Ford can help you clear it up. I've heard of several people having problems with Crain. Makes me thankful for McClarty playing fair.

Would never buy at any Crain Dealership! Just keep driving past!

update to the above link, he got his Bronco at MSRP, but Crain still sucks for pulling this. If you are in Little Rock, watch out for them.

They get more complaints than any dealer by a large number.

They have a horrible reputation. Live up to it.

Crain lost my business years ago in Conway. I use to take my 2002 Silverado 2500HD there for oil changes as I lived in an apartment at the time. Well, they didn't check any of the other fluids. A year later I was having my transfer case rebuilt because it had no oil in it. I've been doing my own maintenance since.
