Hello All!

I have my Bronco on order with Sil-TerHar and I'm wondering how other buyers' experience has been? I'm an 08/20 reservation with OB, 2.7:, Sas, MIC, LUX, Roof Rack and the status of my build is unchanged from the October 21 order. My salesman doesn't seem to care so Im just looking for overall opinions on the dealer from someone who's taken delivery.

I can't speak to their Bronco team. My neighbor ordered a Mach E from them in Oct 21, and they were pleased. Granted, they just went by the Ford emails and didn't really interact much with the dealer, other than ordering, then picking it up. a couple of weeks ago.

I really enjoyed working with them, but I had a pretty unique experience - late reservation in July 2021 and my build was, for reasons none of us quite understood, picked up in September and built in December (was a 12/6er so fell into that void), so my wait worked out to only be about 6 months (and yes I feel as awful about that as I was excited to get it).

My sales guy was Ryland and Nicole was my order specialist, and they both knocked it out of the park for me. Once my order was in I worked with Nicole more than Sales, and she was super responsive to texts and questions about the whole process. She proactively let me know when I was previewing and it felt like she was along for the ride with me when the delays started popping up. I never got MSRP promised in writing, just verbally, but they absolutely honored it.

It sounded like a big driver for me jumping to the front of the line was that my build was pretty easy: 4 door 7sp Badlands with a soft top, high package, towing, and the HD bumper. When I went in to put my deposit down and we all mentioned how shocked we were it was happening, it sounded like there were a lot of folks with orders in with them that weren't budging on options very similar to yours, so that may be why you're not seeing much in the way of movement :/
