Question today got the everglades stuck in about 34 inches of water and mud had to winch out. It sat in the water awhile till got out. Any worry about water getting in differential or transmission? All running o.k., had some sensor errors come on at first but once out they disappeared and drives and sounds o.k. Temps all look good. Gave it thorough washing underneath and inside. Water got in the floor board when door opend. Had to open the drain plugs they served their purpose.

I’ve been through this as well. I did not have any messages pop up but I’ve not had any issues. The breather valves are above the 36” mark so you should be ok I would think,

From my understanding, as citrus said, the valves were all put in different/higher to clear that 36" mark. Hopefully it's true. If so, I think you should be ok

Will report back in next two weeks. From other Bronco packages sounds like the alternator may be biggest risk at failing. For newbie off-roader the winch was a life saver. Hoping all works out have a trip planned in a few weeks to menus adventure park in palo duro canyon.

Appreciate everyone's replies. After 3 rounds of thorough cleaning and testing the alternator with multimeter all appears fine. No error messages, driving normal, all gauges look good. Headed to trails today to test. Next time will be more cautious and investigate water holes before driving through. I can attest to the max fording depth as I was right at the mark. The rubber flooring with drain plugs was a big plus when cleaning out the dried muddy water that entered interior. After 3 months of ownership have really enjoyed the EG. She can do a lot more than I first thought. The new has worn off and have some trail scratches on exterior plastic and wheel rash but all part of the fun. Fits like a glove.
