Anyone having issues with Black Diamond options with Sasquatch?

I finally placed my order today at Boerne Ford. I have mixed feelings on my experience mainly because of two options I wanted to add to my order that were unavailable to select once you selected the Sasquatch package. I was interested in getting the sound deadening headliner and the clear coat paint protection. The two guys I was dealing with went and talked to the inventory manager and after a while they came back and said that it wasn't available because I selected the Sasquatch package. I told them yes but I felt as if it was a computer glitch. This was only happening on the Black Diamond model and all of the other trim selections you could choose those as options. At one point one of the guys started to say "well because of the bumper on this one the clear coat can't be put on..." and I started to laugh because I knew he was just shooting from the hip on that one. Long story I ended up ordering but with my late reservation date 9/22 I am sure I will end up with a 22 which is fine with me. I didn't really feel as if I was a priority I am not sure if it's because I was just simply placing an order and not really getting the truck today but I just wasn't really swept off my feet. The two options I wanted weren't deal breakers since I can always get the headliner after market and clear coat I an live without if I can't get it later...One more thing...I originally went in Friday to order but I wanted more time to decide between Area 51 or Rapid Red. On Friday I was asked to place a 500 dollar nonrefundable deposit which I was ready to do today but after I decided on the color they said "Ok we will process your order" and I said "So that's it, you'll process my order?" Once I heard yes I said thank you and left...Before I even got home I was sent an email with a confirmation number. Here is what I ordered:

Black Diamond
2dr
2.7 Auto
Sasquatch
Rapid Red

Lets see what happens dudes

Hello fellow BoerneTx member !
Congrats on your order.
I know badlands Squatch doesn’t allow sound deadening. It’s been a thing all along because of overall weight restrictions and testing blah blah blah that Ford has to meet. Plenty of after markets will be available. HotHeads etc.

@JessD05 is right, those items can't be had with the sasquatch package.

You should still be able to order the headliner and install yourself though. The Paint protection film, maybe a bit harder. I’d recommend just having a ceramic coating applied.

Did Ford of Boerne charge you the $1300 for the mandatory "Protection Package" (tint + 1 year of dent/window repair)? When I first asked them if they added any markups and they said "we don't do that here" but I and another forum member spoke with them and were told the Protection Package (95% margin for them, I'm sure) is required. They don't consider it a mark up so I had to ask my question in a very certain way to get a transparent response. The games are disappointing but expected, unfortunately...

@BoerneBronco

FYI on the protection film offered by Ford, it only covers partial front hood and the front fenders.
Go to minute 2 of this video to see what a partial hood protection film applied looks like.

Another good aftermarket option for the paint protection is a company called Xpel ( I think they are a member on here). They are based out of San Antonio but have licensed installers all over the U.S. It will probably be a little more but is definitely an option to consider.
