Leonardtown Ford Reservation Holders

Should our reservation on Ford.com match the updated trim that we ordered with Leonardtown? I haven't logged in for a while, but I see my original OBX 4door when what I've placed with Bryan/Leonardtown was a 2Dr Badlands.. Should this reflect my actual order?

Neither of my reservations reflect it, they are both pictures of what I originally reserved and not what I submitted as an order and have a confirmed DORA from Ford with.

I reserved an Outer Banks but ordered a Badlands. The picture still shows an OB but it says Badlands. Did you guys get a confirmation email from Ford? It had pretty much my whole build listed and was correct.

@LalasBronco yeah, the picture is of the FE but I ordered a Black Diamond and the confirmation from Ford has all the right selections.

I think it's weird how some people get the Ford accounts updated and some don't. At least the email is correct! I feel like that's what matters most.

OK, at least I'm not alone. This whole process, SMH @ Ford.
