Arkansas Broncos

Everybody in the state of Arkansas with a Bronco is welcome to join!
I picked up a demo WILDTREK from McLarty Daniel yesterday at 6 pm for an overnight test drive. haven't taken it off road or even put it in 4 wheel drive yet. Things I have noted so far is the seats are a little hard, they have good support but a little hard. The tires are rock throwers, small rock hang
up in the tires easily and spray out with a little speed. I am not a fan of the soft top, but that is just me, i've never like them on the jeeps i've had so no. The 12" info screen is great, the controls work great I like the
dash layout. I don't understand why people are complaining about the dash, yes it's plastic but for this vehicle it's what you need.
I like the sports mode in 2 wheel drive, it hold the shifts a little longer and
improves the throttle control, this would be my standard setting.
So far i'm glad I have one on order, now if Ford can just get it built.

People complain because it's the internet and they feel the need to do so. I test drove the Badlands at Randall Ford in Fort Smith twice now and have no complaints. In fact, enjoyed it so much I had no qualms switching my 2DR MIC to a 4DR softie after the recent news on MY21 hardtops. The noise was minimal even at 75MPH on the interstate and the speakers worked fine.

I've seen people complain about how the windows rolldown a bit when you open the door, the plastic dash, and size of the front windshield. It's all nitpicking if you ask me.

My only complain with the Bronco so far is that mine does not exist.

Finished up the day with the WILDTRAK interstate driving is great, it handles great and lots of power " sports mode" the soft top has more wind noise then I want at 70 miles an hour. Every time I stoped somewhere There was someone that was wanting to look at it and talk about it. I never droped the top on it so I don't know how that effects the wind noise. Overall I would say that it will make a great second vehicle, to small for a primary one for me, and rides a little to rough for that. Of course I'm an old guy and want a little more comfort in my ride.
