Has anyone bought / taken delivery at Laura Ford yet? Just want to make sure they have been honoring the advertised deal and there has been no monkey business.

Was wondering the same thing. My order is with them and so far radio silence. I sent an email this morning to update my order to 2022 and no reply so far.

They recently updated their phone/email system. They info/addresses you have may be wrong. I suggest giving them a call. I had a similar issue a few months ago.

I have my order with Laura Ford in Sullivan. I have sent my 2022 order via email, but have also not heard back. I will give it a few days and will go in-person if needed. I haven't asked about their advertised deal as I'm guessing they will state that the $2000 off MSRP, was for 2021 models only. We shall see........one day. Reserved 7/17/20 ordered Jan 2021, got pushed to 2022.

I’m a 7/31/20 reservation holder @ Laura too. My order is in the system but haven’t been able to get them to change it from 99 status to get in line. Not sure what gives but trying to not get frustrated. They verbally committed to the original $2k deal so hoping they live up to their word and reputation when it ever shows up. Are you guys having the same 99 hold issue? What reservation date are you? Was a 19 status for my21 - BL 2.7 sas leather tow mic. Still holding hope they are doing their best.

@IvyBronco Nope. They keep telling me ford assigns it and they can’t change which I know isn’t true. What is your reservation date/build? Wonder if they are trying to get some super early birds pulled before they move mine to a 10 or 19. Trying not to annoy them but I don’t want to be left in the dust either.I’m gonna try to be patient for another few days.

Update: today they were finally able to change my 99 to 10. Fingers crossed now it gets pulled sometime in the next century….And they honor their pricing.

Hey everyone, just an update, I took delivery last night! Laura Ford was great to work with. Deal in confidence with Jason Hawkins. They honored the $2K discount (heads up, there is a $499 admin fee), gave me a great offer on my trade, and found me a lower APR loan than I could find on my own.
