Anybody order from Autonation Ford Westlake? They do all my servicing on my GT350 so it seemed natural for me to place an order with them. I have bought brand new vehicles before but this is the first time I have ordered a vehicle. Just wondering about anyones experience ordering from that dealership. I only placed my order on January 4th, 2022 so I’m not expecting it for quite some time, especially since I ordered a 4dr Badlands Sasquatch w/ MIC, tow and high package.

Also, if anyone knows of a dealer in the area with a Bronco Raptor allocation, I would def switch to that when available. Even at a markup. Thanks!

My mom bought her Explorer ST from them in May 2021 because our normal dealer obviously didn’t have anything and no one would dealer trade. When we went to go pick it up there was a spot in the paint that had dirt or something stuck under it. They said they would fix it under warranty. A few days later the keypad wasn’t working right either. 4 months later in September they were finally able to look at the keypad and replace it. It has now been 8 months and my mom is still calling them asking to be scheduled to have the paint fixed.

The sales person was nice but the finance guy was super annoying and tried to add on their service package even after I told them we wouldn’t drive that far to have an oil change done. I’m sure he gets a kickback for selling it because he added it on anyway and “somehow” made her payment $5 cheaper and then blamed it on having to do with the Z-plan discount.

Everyone there seemed really nice but just having to deal with them to have any service done I wouldn’t go back. They are such a large dealership it seemed like they didn’t really care about who they sold anything to or if you ever came back again. Which I really hope isn’t the case and I hope you get a bunch of responses from people who had a good experience.

I bought my Bronco from Harrison Ford in Wellington. Zero markup and they took the Z-plan. I was their number one allocation and was in and out in about 40 mins and that’s mainly because I BSed with the finance guy for half the time. 🤣 I’m not sure on their Raptor allocation or their current Bronco one now either. I’m sure Autonation’s allocation amount is pretty high. And I’m sure most dealers will mark up all the Raptor or Heritage editions.

@Ltjb8 I can honestly say my experience with their service department has been nothing but positive for me. I took my GT350 in for service around 4 times since I moved up from Texas and each time has been speedy. One of the times I took it in for service, they dropped a rotor on my front bumper. Luckily, the only damage was to my PPF. They paid for Block-A-Chip to come down from Mentor and replace the PPF on the entire front bumper. Only took them 2 days to get this completed.

I'm not too concerned about paying markup on the Bronco raptor. I expect that to the be the case. Just can't seem to find a dealership who will have an allocation. I suspect that Autonation Westlake may get some but I'm not sure.

I ordered from there last year and took delivery of my OBX Sasquatch in October. The salesman was great with order changes for me(origainally ordered dual top with MIC, switched to soft w/hardtop pre-kit). My husband also special ordered his 2022 F-250 from them in may and that salesman was fantastic too!
