Lord have mercy….. not for me but for @NayNay . Let me start by saying I own this s#*@t. I am driving her nuts, tho she would never admit it to me. You saw the picture of my parts…it gets worse. I probably email or text her on average 5 times a day…the range goes from 0 to …a lot. I send her a text…she goes to the shop, takes a picture, goes back to her office. I see the text later and ask a follow up, she goes and takes another picture….ok, I am just looking out for her making sure she gets in her 10k steps a day. Thank you NayNay for being patient, tolerant and nice enough not to have hired someone to kill me by now.

Damn y’all are high maintenance. My builds have not changed once since 2022 orders went live hah!! 😂😂.

That’s probably going to change once I get a build date and start thinking accessories though.

Yes I am high maintenance…We buy a vehicle and drive them until the doors fall off, so we want it right. I said “I” am high maintenance, ironically my wife is not. @NayNay has been awesome. I don’t say that lightly.

You are a customer and friend. I never realized how many times I do run from my office in the back of the store, out the front of the building, all the way down the parking lot, to the very last bay by the woods and manually open a metal garage door that has no handle, (the other day in a snow storm) (I should get extra brownie points for that 1) just to answer the 1 question you have, with proof. Then at times do it again in the same day. There may have been a time or 2 where there was a 3rd run.... but who's counting?? 🤔 I can say this. You've been patient and never demanding. Respectful and kind. You never act entitled. You've been understanding when I forgot or haven't had time. This is your vehicle you built. It is sitting and waiting to head to its new home. That matters and is important. I took this entire Bronco thing on knowing it's important to people. It's a BIG deal to most people and with the way it's rolled out, the deception some dealerships have done, the sudden mark ups, games played, screw ups, and on top of all that the painful long wait it's not something I would push off on someone else. I took it on seeing this coming and for as long as I can I'm going to see each and every single 1 through to delivery. I won't lie, if I had 3 of you at the same time I'd need an assistant (or 3). You also have your own folder on my phone with over 50 various pictures and some videos, a section dedicated to you in my file cabinet, a plastic bin for my "currently working" things, and another spot in my gold 3 section rack too. When it's all done its important to me personally and professionally that you feel I did my best for you on this Bronco journey. That I helped to ease some of that stress and made it a tad bit easier. Most importantly that you felt like a real person and not a dollar sign. That this tiny dealership off in the corner that no one notices didn't sugar coat or lie their way thru a "car deal". That even though I'm not getting paid a penny on your Bronco, that I actually earned your business the right way. And when you drive off into the sunset in your brand new Bronco you realize you made the right choice by picking me at my dealership to get your Bronco. Is this where I drop the mic 🎤 and walk off stage?? 🤪
