Is there a meet and drive from SPI to the Land cut on Feb 4th I thought I saw something about that but cannot find it. Been to the north side now need to do the south.
Live just N of Houston. I've had a BAdlands Sport since 2/21. my Bronco just got scheduled. Eruption Green 4 door; OB with soft top. week of 6/13 build. can't wait
Today I did a little experiment on how well the bronco can actually tow. I loaded up my Polaris ranger on my 16 ft ranch king trailer and it was probably around 3500 pounds if not more and I took it for around a 15-20 minute drive and it held up extremely well. I would say that if you’re in a pinch and absolutely have to max out of go over the broncos towing capacity you can but I wouldn’t drive it for to long. For anyone wondering I have a 2022 wildtrak with the 2.7L engine.
Really exciting news this morning. My FE is officially shipped via rail down to Texas and will be delivered to Boggus Ford in Mcallen. I wanted to let this club know if you want to meet me at the dealership when it gets delivered there to come check it out with me before I take it home. And if anyone has gotten theirs to bring it by to just get together for a bit. I’ll repost when I get an exact day when it will be here and let y’all know.
Welcome. Where is South Texas? Let me see... Wherever the the best tacos and tamales are to be had. This of course includes the Alamo (and Mission Trails), the Island (both Padre and South Padre), along the Rio Grande (RGV!), the Streets of Laredo, from the Briscoe Ranch to the King Ranch, El Aguilón (Eagle Pass) and the crossroads of Victoria (we didn't forget about you). Wherever there is hunting of whitetail deer or whitewing doves, and also fishing of bass or crappie in Falcon Lake to snapper/trout/flounder in the Gulf of Mexico. I almost forgot about those delicious Poteet Strawberries.
Basically, anywhere you call home. (If unsure, Wikipedia: South Texas is a region of the U.S. state of Texas that lies roughly south of—and including—San Antonio. The southern and western boundary is the Rio Grande, and to the east it is the Gulf of Mexico. )
