That’s exactly how the slip stream is built you can also remove the 2 top pieces for full opening access for some reason Diabolical discontinued it after a couple years and went for a drawers system for the delete seat option. They still make it for the 4 door

I purchased a Rugcel 126 qt on Amazon for 335$ last June for a trip. It will hold a lot but is HEAVY when loaded. If I had it to do again I would buy 2 smaller boxes.
