Not bad, I would say 1/4-1/2 or spring preload in the front and it should sit at the ride height you are looking for.

That sounds like a fun rig. The manual 2-doors are a bit challenging to find around here (at least from personal experience), I know that because I really want one- LOL. For your mild lift goals you would be able to run the coilovers (Standard Series) close to how they come "out of the box"...
