    Did you install/setup the Procal device on a PC first? If not do those steps. If so, connect back to the PC and it should say if/why actually locked. If still issues I’d call Ford Performance customer support.

    Yes. It keeps revs down and speed changes to slower acceleration. So hills or having to speed back up after a car, etc all stay at lower RPMs and gradual speed changes. It adds up on a long drive.

    Did using that harness not tie it in to the auto on and off that the other light has? Why was a physical switch added?

    Inspect the radiator fans. They run even when AC isn’t on especially in hotter months. Many people notice these issues as it heats up and they run more. Any imbalance will be felt throughout the Bronco.
