I too am having the same condensation. I took delivery of my 2024 a week ago and a found wet compartment and damp tool bag and jack. Apparently Ford has done nothing to his complaint, since 2021. I contacted my dealer and will bring it in.
I am still tracking the car through CSX. I was surprised that it continued to give me up to date information. It was through CSX who informed me that my vehicle was pulled from customer location in Mira Loma.
Mine was already pulled from the dealer location on 01/27 which is 40 minutes from the dealership but remains to be seen . Dealer said today or tomorrow.
