I was one of the victims of the allocation system since I ordered from a smaller dealer that has great service. I ordered a 2D MT in Cyber Orange only to have Ford pull the rug out from under me by cancelling the only fun color and then not prioritizing producing the Cyber Orange orders before...
In my part of the world there seems to mainly be a sea of primer. When the tweakers get their hands on them and start priming body repairs they wont even need to actually paint them.
StixHunt is 100% correct on this. I typically put 275,000 to 300,000 miles on my trucks before I replace them. I have been exclusively a Ford guy since 1991 and have never had to make any repairs that I couldn't do myself.
The truth is that a lot of people were waiting on their Bronco that they ordered in their chosen color and Ford basically said, we know you ordered the only fun color that we offered on the Bronco but we changed our mind about that but here is another color of grey also known as Area52 for you.
My tacker updated from 4/3/2023 build week to 4/6/2023. From other peoples posts in other build weeks this leads me to believe that my actual build date is Thursday April 6th............for now.
Many of the comments here remind me of the excuses and arguments made by trespassers that I have caught on my properties. They all want to claim that they weren't hurting anything or that the place is so pretty that they just wanted to walk around and look at it.
If it's not yours, don’t touch it!
I don't have my Bronco yet but I sent the VIN to my agent when I got scheduled for production. My total cost is going to $480/Year. We already have four vehicles insured and one 18 year old driver.
