  1. Ultimate Battery Thread, Main, second, isolator, and winch/battery problems.

Your darn right, I went to pickup 2 new batteries for my older diesel pickup, damn things were $200 each, I felt like I was going to need a loan application at checkout. Haha And they only seem to last 3 years now šŸ˜ž, The only reconditioned battery place Ive seen around here is over a hour...
  2. New member to the cracked MIC club

Glad they replaced it, I’ve got the typical cracks myself around the rear window. No one with a mic is immune. Less than 2k left on warranty so I better an apt asap.
  3. Ultimate Battery Thread, Main, second, isolator, and winch/battery problems.

I’m yanking your chain bud. I open your threads because you have things to say that I’m interested in and I’ve wondered about these XS batteries so thanks for sharing.
  4. Ultimate Battery Thread, Main, second, isolator, and winch/battery problems.

You’re killing me Small’s. That college is in tears also after reading this thread. 3 different ā€œtearsā€ of battery 😁 Not that I’m one to talk about grammar or spelling but this is too funny.
  5. Opinions on Generac portable generators for backup home power?

I have a generic 16k and it works fine. Going on 8 years and I got it used. It only gets cycled as I’ve never needed it but at $300 with a pile of accessories I could not pass it up. I use a ridgid brand with a Yamaha engine 8k for my backup events as it’s smaller and uses less fuel. Another...
  6. Hard Top Takeoff Value - MIC v. Painted Black

Value is whatever you can get for it, so it’s subjective to your area. I’m not sure why anyone would pay for a mic with all the issues, painted top would sell better in my opinion.
  7. Is the Zone 2.25" Lift for the Wildtrak HOSS 3.0 the best complete Kit ? ? ? ? Who has one?

This kit is a compromise to allow you to retain the Fox shocks you paid extra for. The kit does slightly change the performance, you would be the judge if it’s better or worse, it’s subjective in feeling. If you are not looking to compromise just jump straight into aftermarket coilovers. When...
  8. This Normal?

Yes, that’s where water drains out that makes it into the gasket channel.
  9. Transmission Failure: ‘24 32k mi 2.3l

This sounds like it’s your first Ford experience by the comment, that’s unfortunate to come up short with the bad one. There is no trend of these failing in Broncos or the many other vehicles they are in. Let them replace it and you should be good, you just had bad luck is all.
  10. Bronco Pickup Truck coming in future. Hybrid Bronco arrives 2027

Put me on record, that pic in the op of the yellow/orange pickup version looks horrible.
  11. What’s the Best Advice Another Bronco Owner Ever Gave You?

Not even close to Jeeps yet. Not to mention I rarely see one without ducks lined up, no mods to heavy mods, ducks. Bronco vendors and owners are working fast to catch up.
  12. New California Replacement Tire Standards [ā›”ļø ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I’ve seen your posts, you’re a smart guy. You don’t need me to point out all the crazy problems CA struggles with.
  13. Lift Kit recommendations for 2 Door Sasquatch Big Bend

Drive/ride quality is subjective. Many people with the wildtrak with the factory fox shocks run the zone 2.25ā€spacers and find the ride quality is improved for them. I run these myself. If you stay under 3ā€ you will not negatively impact your suspension in my opinion. If you don’t like the...
  14. New California Replacement Tire Standards [ā›”ļø ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

The market already sells high mileage and efficiency tires. But Cali does what they do best, make rules and don’t fix any of their actual problems.
  15. Brakes running hot lately

New boots with a wider footprint? You’re clipping the brake pedal and driving with your brakes on. Just a thought, I’ve seen it happen.
