Does that level the back for camping? I’m guessing the last photo is the folding table attached to the tailgate? Looks rather crowded but fits if that’s the case.
Don’t get me wrong, Gobi builds the strongest roof rack I’ve seen. It’s about as strong as a roll bar. And the tents and awnings from OpenRoad are awesome. It was just the brackets sent when I told em I had a Gobi rack that didn’t work out. Like putting a square peg in a round hole.
Me too. Have Gobi racks, OpenRoad rooftop tent, 270° awning, shower awning+water heater+5gal water tank all mounted with Gobi brackets. It’s a must!! 3 times I came close to losing my tent bc nuts worked themselves loose.
That is true. I have that in mine but once in a while I hit it with my knee when step is down. It then remains down until I stop and open my door and realize I’ve been driving around with it extended. Need some kind of warning.
