I would say that the Gobi rack is fantastic as far as sturdiness but you would have to replace all your accessories brackets with theirs and they’re not cheap but customer service is great. I almost lost my Openroad4wd tent 3 times, tightening the Openroad4wd brackets as tight as I could get...
So I put in a pair of lights on my roof rack and connected them to my switches. That way I can turn them on when I need them for backing up, using them in camp or using them offroad. And they stay off when I don’t need them.
