I'm running a set of Dorman tierods. Threaded rod is considerably thicker, which is where tierods usually snap. I'm also running Rough Country steering rack bushings on both ends of the rack.

1. I 3d printed some snap-on vent covers for the A-pillar side window defrost vents. This absolutely, 100% improved the amount of heat getting to the floor.

Well my 2021 Badlands is going in for a bunch of recalls next week. I'm also getting them to look at the floor heat (or lack of). I'll post up what they come back with but I'm not expecting much.
Mine isn't peeling but chunks have been worn away from mine. 2021 with 40,000km and I have my top and doors off for the spring and summer so not like they get much use.
I had issues with my turbos. Was getting horrible performance and the underboost error and found out that the actuator arm for the wastegate was broken. After replacement, it was good as new.

I'm 2" above SAS in the front, JKS max clearance kit, 1.5" wheel spacers and I still rub in the front a bit with 37x13.5 Nitto Mud Grapplers. Obviously these are some wide-ass tires.
