So, since Ford is running 15% off this month and I'm really not planning on a lot of rock crawling with my First Edition, I replaced the rock rails with the Ford steps. Easier entry for me but MUCH easier for rear-seat entry as, without these there is virtually nowhere to put your foot to get...
I just fiddled with them using my garage to catch the light. I need to do more adjustments when I get the truck out on a trail or something but haven't done that yet. They pretty much light up the night :).
I like them. Haven't been called into duty much yet however.
If I decide to add lights in the same area to the Black Diamond, I will likely try the Diode Dynamics from 4x4TruckLeds and then I'll have some good comparisons.

Yeah, that is different from mine. Mine just doesn't deliver power at the tie in point. Everything else about it appears to work. I still haven't spent any time trying to chase it down.
That is literally the only issue I've had [knock knock] with either vehicle.
I know I'm going to get absolutely slammed for this... I'm not looking to troll anyone but just to shine a slightly different light on the "greedy dealer" argument.
If you are a Ford dealer and you normally sell 150 cars a month (just to pick a number) and now, with supply and build constraints...
Hey guys, thanks for the concern. I did actually get exactly what I ordered which was the sport kit which has white sport lights. I ordered the amber lenses from another supplier and switched them out myself.
