I don't think that's going to work. You might think about selling those and looking at @Turn Offroad 's "strider" which is a step/slider combo. I'm sure someone would buy your current ones from you. Try posting them on the NC Bronco Club Facebook page. They're great sliders!

Buy the industrial strength velcro off of Amazon. I'm convinced this is the best solution. It will not fall off, I promise. I think the name of the velcro I picked up on Amazon was Phixbear.
