I tried pop rivets and they had hard time securing because clasp which holds wire and frame were difficult to keep together. After multiple failed attempts I used stainless screws with nuts which I could hold with needle nose pliers. They certainly won’t come off now and should be more secure...

Front rivets which hold were sheared off, suggestions on size and rivet tool as well as technique to get it reattached? This was causing issue with side seal and now I know why. Out of warranty, 2022 Bronco Outerbanks.
