Yes, that is the amp - although the price increased significantly. I've not had any problems with it or the sub"; I wish I went with 6 3/4 sub just for ease of installation. I have not modified the eq settings in ForeScan. Tweaking the treble, mid, bass, and fader is all I have needed to do.
Hi There! I only made one change for the sub to work (your #1 question). I did not make changes related to your questions 2 or 3.
Therefore, for 727-01-01, I started with
And after modifying the one "4" in the string to a "6", I ended with
The last character in the sequence, "A", changed...
I understand your point; I installed an 8" sub, and it was flush (after a fairly heavy mod of the enclosure); meaning the OEM speaker harness didn't cause an issue. To install the 6" sub, I would install speaker tape to seal the speaker to the enclosure. It would probably be easier to put the...

Ok. So I have succeeded using a Ford amp, an aftermarket sub, and FORScan. Please refer to my prior posts in this thread for additional detail. This post is specifically for those with a 2023 Bronco non-B&O sound system with a nonfunctional amp and sub.
My Bronco is a 4 door 2023 Badlands...
I've not found any amps that small. Even the kicker 500.1 will take a small amount of effort to secure correctly - plus the wiring. Maybe a piece of acrylic or wood to attach it to the enclosure. I guess you could always attach it to the car itself and there are places to do that. I would...
I just went down this path and sharing my experience. I replaced the dash speakers with Hertz 100.3 w/ 300Hz blockers, which turned out pretty well. The dash speaker grills were a pain to get out so be careful. I have all the panel removal tools and it still was a pain. I would recommend this...
I just purchased a Badlands w/ SAS at MSRP on Feb 16th from Mckie Ford Rapid City, SD - had it shipped to my house. Looks like they have more inbound with SAS, one with with hardtop. Used ATS Transportation Services to get it to my house.
